After many years of living and working in Frederick, MD, I find myself here, in Durango, CO. It is so beautiful here, but I am starting a new, fresh life and in turn, a fresh private practice. My practice in Maryland was so fulfilling. It was truly a joy to work with so many inspiring individuals and watch them grow toward healing and vitality in their lives.
When I first moved here, I wasn’t sure what I would do. First, I took some time to get settled and to get to know my surroundings. It soon became very clear that I had to continue my private practice as a therapist, just in a new location. Thanks to the advances in technology and my license in Maryland, I am still able to do some distance counseling with clients who I already know and have seen grow to new heights. And, I am beginning to meet new clients here in Durango. So far, they have been inspiring as well.
In this blog, I will hope to write about the things that I do in my practice, inspirational moments, and topics that might interest my clients and others out there in the blog-o-sphere!
